Paolo Dellachà is leading Automobili Pininfarina into its next phase of evolution. Dellachà is a highly experienced Engineer and previously held senior positions at Ferrari and Maserati, before joining Automobili Pininfarina in 2018 as part of the management team responsible for the launch of the new Italian carmaker.

Studying at the Pininfarina Academy in Turin, Dave is a passionate Italian automotive designer with international experience. Returning to Italy to join the Automobili Pininfarina family, the Battista presented a completely new and interesting design challenge for Dave, tasked with honouring a rich history of design masterpieces while embracing a new and exciting electrification era, with sustainable luxury at the very heart.

Duncan Forrester is an automotive start up and electric vehicle communications leader, having developed the Communications functions of two pure-electric car brands from first principles to the delivery of vehicles - Polestar and Volta – as well as having served in global communications leadership roles for McLaren Automotive and Volvo Cars.

Andrea Crespi is highly experienced in electrification architectures and electric vehicle design for luxury brands, formerly holding senior positions at Aston Martin and Maserati before joining Automobili Pininfarina in 2018. Crespi has played a leading role in delivering the record-breaking performance of Battista from its advanced EV architecture and will now lead technical development of all future luxury cars from Automobili Pininfarina.

Andrea Novello is a highly experienced engineer in luxury vehicle and body development and has previously held positions at Maserati and Pininfarina S.p.A before joining the Automobili Pininfarina family in its first year, in 2018.

Amar Lenka, an Indian Chartered Accountant, possesses more than two decades of expertise in managing finance and accounting activities for automotive and engineering firms. He held key roles at the Mahindra Group in India and China, and has worked with multinational firms like Tennco and Endurance before joining Automobili Pininfarina.

Cambiano, Turin

Located in Northern Italy, Cambiano is Automobili Pininfarina's Head Office and the heart and epicentre of the brand DNA. Cambiano hosts the company’s design, engineering, and operational hub, central to all vehicle development programmes. Our first hypercar, Battista, is hand-crafted in a dedicated assembly Atelier in Cambiano, Turin, Italy. Strategically positioned, Cambiano is a mere 30-minute drive from the Politecnico of Turin – one of Italy’s most renowned engineering universities, celebrated for cultivating some of the finest minds in Italian automotive excellence.

Characterized by its narrow, tree-lined streets and ornate ecclesiastical architecture, Cambiano is a quintessential northern Italian village. The artisanal history of the region also becomes evident, as this is where some of Italy's finest craftsmen in the rich automotive industry once mastered their skills. Cambiano is the sanctuary of our Automobili Pininfarina Battista Atelier, a place where hyper-GT dreams come to life.

Munich is the technology hub and center of excellence of Automobili Pininfarina with the business, digital ecosystem and administrative teams based in the Bavarian capital.

The city merges European tradition with state-of-the-art innovation, offering a unique blend of charm and cutting-edge technology. Munich is also the house of the prestigious TUM, University of Engineering, where top-tier European talent comes together to drive technological and engineering advancements.
